The Liberia National Tourism Authority (LNTA), with funding from the Government of Liberia under the Public Sector Investment Program (PSIP), invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Printing, Binding & Media Services.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Current Business Registration (Liberia Business Registry)
• Current Tax Clearance
• Company Profile
• Past Performance Record (Reference List with Contact Information)
• PPCC Vendor Registration
• Ability to Deliver According to the Schedule of Requirements

Obtaining Bidding Documents

A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained by qualified and eligible bidders at a cost of One Hundred United States Dollars (US$100).

Bid Submission

Bids must be submitted to the Procurement Office of the Liberia National Tourism Authority on or before:

Friday, July 17, 2026
Time: 1:00 PM

Bid opening will take place shortly after the submission deadline in the Conference Room of the Liberia National Tourism Authority, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
