Liberia Earns Three Certificates at WAFFEST 2026 in The Gambia

Liberia has recorded a notable achievement on the regional culinary stage as the Liberia Professional Chefs Association received three certificates in recognition of its outstanding presentations at the West Africa Food Festival (WAFFEST) 2026 in Banjul, The Gambia.

Representing Liberia alongside other West African nations, the Liberian chefs brought the country’s culinary traditions to the forefront, presenting traditional dishes, authentic flavors, and locally sourced ingredients that reflect Liberia’s rich cultural heritage.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the Liberia Professional Chefs Association for representing the country with distinction and to the Liberia National Tourism Association (LINTA) for their support.
